Bloq Quantum Expands Quantum Education and Workforce Ecosystem in India via Strategic Partnerships

Enterprise quantum software infrastructure provider Bloq Quantum has announced two strategic partnerships in Kerala, India, designed to accelerate quantum skilling, academic research, and institutional deployment across the region. The company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sree Buddha College of Engineering (SBCE) to establish an undergraduate quantum computing laboratory and entered an alliance with quantum education firm QClairvoyance, designating it as an official "Quantum Skilling Partner."
Institutional Infrastructure: SBCE Undergraduate Quantum Computing Lab
Formalized by SBCE Principal Dr. K. Krishnakumar and Bloq Quantum Co-Founder & CEO Sreekuttan L S, the agreement with SBCE’s Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering establishes a dedicated Undergraduate Quantum Computing Lab on the college campus. Under the partnership, Bloq Quantum will provide faculty and students with cloud-based access to its low-code quantum development platform. The initiative includes several operational tracks:
Curriculum & Skill Integration: Launching Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), capstone research projects, student club support, and co-hosted hackathons.
Workforce & Career Pathways: Providing masterclasses led by industry practitioners, interview preparation, and merit-based internships within the Bloq Quantum ecosystem.
National Quantum Mission (NQM) Research: Jointly drafting R&D grant proposals targeting funding under India's National Quantum Mission, co-authoring scientific publications, and filing joint patents.
Workforce Development: Strategic Alliance with QClairvoyance

To scale quantum education beyond a single institution, Bloq Quantum’s collaboration with QClairvoyance positions the firm as a regional skilling partner to integrate Bloq's software stack into broader institutional training modules. The partnership acts as a bridge between foundational quantum theory and enterprise implementation through:
Talent Pipeline Creation: Standardizing student certification programs and faculty training initiatives across participating technical colleges.
R&D and Algorithm Integration: Establishing a framework to deploy QClairvoyance’s proprietary algorithms onto the Bloq Quantum platform for enterprise end-users.
Collaborative Grant & Project Execution: Partnering on joint research publications, project-specific software addendums, and grant applications.
By pairing institutional lab infrastructure at SBCE with QClairvoyance's educational deployment model, Bloq Quantum aims to lower barriers to entry for emerging engineers and expand developer capacity for India's growing deep-tech ecosystem.
