Xanadu Establishes a Synthetic At-the-Market Equity Facility to Raise up to $300 Million

Xanadu Quantum Technologies (Nasdaq/TSX: XNDU) has established a synthetic at-the-market equity facility allowing the company to raise via private placements up to $300 million over the next three years in Class B subordinate voting shares. Partnering with Yorkville Advisors, this facility gives Xanadu a flexible, opportunistic mechanism to inject capital directly into its treasury for working capital and general corporate purposes to fund its long-term fault-tolerant quantum computing roadmap.
Additional information on this can be seen in a press release provided by Xanadu located here.
